Introduction

Welcome to ExerciseDB.io. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of EDB Exercise Intelligence and related digital data products. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any product.

Use of Digital Products

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, platform-neutral license to use the files included in your purchased EDB Exercise Intelligence package in a licensed product on mobile, web, or desktop, subject to these Terms.

Starter includes exercise IDs, names, body parts, targets, equipment, secondary muscles, instructions, and descriptions, plus 180x180 and 360x360 animated GIFs. Pro includes those files plus difficulty, category, movement taxonomy, exercise relationship fields, and 720x720 and 1080x1080 animated GIFs. All included GIFs (“Exercise Visuals”) visually represent exercises described in the data and are provided for reference, demonstration, or integration alongside the exercise data.

You may:

Use the JSON data inside your own fitness, wellness, coaching, education, or internal software products under the purchased license.
Display or embed the GIF visuals only in conjunction with the exercise data and not as standalone content.
Modify the data structure, labels, descriptions, or categorization as needed for integration into your own product.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or otherwise sublicense the dataset or the GIF visuals as raw files, a standalone library, an API, or a competing content package.
Claim ownership of or imply that the GIF visuals are being resold as individual media assets.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in EDB Exercise Intelligence, including the JSON data, Pro movement taxonomy and relationship fields, accompanying documentation, and GIF visuals, remain the property of ExerciseDB.io or its content suppliers.

The GIF visuals are provided under a limited-use access license, not a sale or transfer of ownership. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial resale of the GIFs as independent files may constitute a copyright violation.

Limitation of Liability

ExerciseDB.io will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the digital products, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.
